1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using slmaj ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and slmaj ("we", "us", "our").

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software subject to the following conditions:

  • One machine per license. Each license key entitles you to install and run the Software on a single machine at a time. The license is bound to the machine on which it is first activated.
  • Personal use only. The license is granted for your personal trading use. You may not use a single license to operate the Software on behalf of multiple individuals or entities.
  • Non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license key to another person or entity.
  • No ownership transfer. This license does not transfer ownership of the Software, its source code, algorithms, or intellectual property to you.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to the following restrictions when using the Software:

  • No redistribution. You may not distribute, share, publish, or make the Software available to third parties in any form.
  • No reverse engineering. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • No sharing of license keys. You may not share, publish, or distribute your license key. Each key is intended for a single user on a single machine.
  • No circumvention. You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the license verification system or any other security measures in the Software.
  • No automated resale. You may not use the Software to provide trading-as-a-service, signal-selling services, or any commercial offering to third parties.

4. Financial Disclaimer

This is critically important. Please read carefully:

  • Not financial advice. The Software is a tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice of any kind.
  • Not an investment advisor. We are not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner with any regulatory body, including the SEC, FINRA, NFA, FCA, or any equivalent authority in any jurisdiction.
  • All trading involves risk. Trading in financial markets carries substantial risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of the Software, its signals, or any backtesting results is not indicative of future results.
  • Your decisions, your responsibility. All trading decisions made using the Software are your own. You are solely responsible for any profits or losses that result from using the Software.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
  • We do not guarantee any specific trading results, profits, or returns.
  • We are not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, data loss, or other damages arising from your use of the Software.
  • We are not responsible for failures in third-party services, including Interactive Brokers, data providers, or network infrastructure.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy through Gumroad, our payment processor.

  • If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refund requests are processed through Gumroad's standard refund process.
  • Upon refund, your license key will be revoked and you must uninstall and cease using the Software.
  • After the 30-day window, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license and terminate your access to the Software if:

  • You violate any of these Terms of Service.
  • You share, redistribute, or publish the Software or your license key.
  • You attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or tamper with the Software's license verification or security systems.
  • You use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the Software itself.
